I need to replace 2 of these. I also need the lottle guide tab. Can you assist in the roght part.

Your operator appears to be a match for our 39-315. I feel confident that this is what you need, but please review its specs to verify that everything matches.

I'm not sure what the guide tab is in this case. Can you kindly show me an isolated photo of it?

Thanks! I see now. This appears to be the slider for a hinge. These unfortunately aren't sold separately, so if this broke then you need an all new hinge entirely.

I'm not sure what size you need but see our 10" long 36-048. This is common on casement windows but make sure to check that length before you buy anything. Also note that you need to replace the top and bottom at the same time. You never mix old and new hinges.
