See photo. I ordered a Truth Folding Handle with Cover, but just learned that I need the whole assembly. Can I return and get correct one, or can I just add the cover and handle? Please let me know. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We'd be happy to help identify your assembly but we would need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

I can't determine what operator you have from this photo alone, unfortunately. I would need to see a photo of your operator assembly as requested above.

The operator in this photo appears to be different from what's shown in your original discussion post. This looks something like our 39-387 but I don't believe this is what you have. I recommend you compare the specifications for this part with your old operator to see if they match up.

If you notice any discrepancies, we'll need to see photos of the physical operator's arms to compare to our inventory.
