Can you show us the whole operator? We can see the gear box in these photos, but we also need to see any arms that stick out the back.

39-067 appears to be close! I didn't get a look at how it attaches to the window corner underneath (in that last picture). Are any other parts recommended or is it safe to say this is the same assembly system?

Sure, these operators connect to a stud bracket like our 39-508. I figured you had something similar under your window. Look it over and see what you think.
