Thanks for the additional photos. Your assembly appears to be an older, discontinued Simonton assembly. To replace it, we suggest using the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe.

The existing pivot bar will not be compatible with this shoe, so you'll also need the 26-083 Pivot Bar for the repair.

This shoe uses the Series 159 Coil Balance. To determine the correct weight option for the replacements, you'll need to look for stamps/markings on the metal. Although, it may be best to confirm the sash weight to determine the best replacements.
