For the pivot shoe, start with our 15-047. This is 1-1/4" wide x 5/8" thick. It's important you remove yours to confirm what size you need, since 3/4" is quite thick for a pivot shoe.

For the pivot bar, see our 26-040 and for the tilt balance tool, look at our 75-006 charging tool. 

Lastly, the balance might be our Series 600 spiral balance. Please confirm that the diameter of the outer tube is 5/8". If it is, the Series 600 is the way to go.
