Hello,
I uploaded a photo on your part identifier on your website - All I have is the photo with the word "Value" written across the window latch. Please let me know if you need measurements to help identify this part. The latch is not locking when the window is in the closed position. Please advise. We are working on a request for repairs from a buyer and this is one of the items they want replaced/repaired.

It's tough to make out what you have from this photo. I'm also not familiar with the brand Value. Could it be something similar to our 90-252 (mechanism) and 90-253 (cover)? These parts don't look exactly the same, but we don't have anything closer.
