Unfortunately, we do not carry the part shown in your photos, but it does look similar to the 90-252 latch and 90-253 cover. Take a look and see if you think that these parts could be adapted to work for you.

It looks like your operator spline from your first photo is also broken. We would need to see your assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
