Window Operator Replacement Parts

Question

Hi-I am trying to replace a window operator and was hoping that you could identify the parts. The upper arms are both about 4". Please advise.

Thanks for posting, Melissa. Please take a look at our 39-035 Truth hardware Entrygard Dyad window operator. Do you think this may work for you? Compare the measurements and let us know if they differ in any way.
