Hi, I need to replace the broken part of the window I included in the photo. I'm not sure what its called. Do you have a replacement part for this item? Thanks

Hi there. This looks like a 15-195 T-Lock Shoe. This attaches to our Series 795 Channel Balances. Let us know if you have any questions.

These photos don't really tell me anything new, but I don't see anything in particular that would interfere with its function. Watch the video below to get an idea of how these shoes install, that should clarify its function for you.
