Window Part Assistance

Question

I saw another Benada Window post your website I am hoping you can help me find replacement parts for a double hung (tilt) window spiral balance and pivot shoe. Attached is a zipped file containing pics of the window and parts. I'm hoping you either have similar parts or can direct me where I might find something similar to what I need.

Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

We believe that your balance system was made by a balance company called Unique, which went out of business quite some time ago. For your 530C pivot shoe, customers have found our 15-046 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick pivot shoe works as a replacement.

We also believe you have an S600 tilt balance but your spiral is missing the bottom pin. We will need the diameter of the plastic tube and length to confirm. For the spring strength, please look up into the tube where the spiral comes out for the color bearing or provide us with the sash weight. Thank you!
