Trying to figure out exactly what parts I need to replace the parts attached, that are located at the bottom of my window, acting as a pin and counterweight mechanism to keep the window open.
My windows are manufactured by MI Windows.

This pivot bar is a bit curious. It reminds me of our 26-040, but that offset is pretty unusual. To be honest, in a lot of cases we've found the offset doesn't really matter, and so if the other dimensions of the pivot bar match the 26-040, I think that might be your best bet. Look it over and let me know what you think; if any dimensions radically differ, let me know.
