Window Part identification

A landlord from Burnsville, NC 28714 says:
I need to ID the parts needed in the attached photos. I need the pivot shoe, which is around .5" thick and the part that sits in the Pivot shoe. Thanks for your help.

Your pivot shoe looks similar to our 15-129. This is 9/16" thick and commonly used with balances like our Series 770 or Series 870. You should make sure your balances are the same, just in case.

The other part is known as a pivot bar. I can't tell exactly what yours is, but it's similar to our 26-021. Look over our dimensions, especially the front hole placement (1-3/8") to see if it matches up.
