Window Part needed

Thanks for reaching out! Your exact pivot shoe has been discontinued and is no longer available but the good news is that we do have a replacement that will work just as well. We suggest using our 15-177 pivot shoe to replace the coil balance shoe you have. Take a look over the dimensions below to confirm that this is the right replacement for your existing coil balance shoe.

These are compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 152 coil balance springs. To determine the correct spring strength for a particular sash, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the metal coil(s) in the window. 

If there are no stamps/markings or they are hard to read, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. Once you have the sash weight, you'll divide it by the number of coils in the window.

You'll need to secure the coil to the shoe using the 33-072.

You may also need the 15-143 coil bushing and the 15-144 coil bushing cap.

In regard to how to select the coil springs, the springs are not determine by size, they are determined by the amount of weight they can support.

The part at the bottom of the sash is called a pivot bar. We have a few of them that look similar to your existing pivot bar so I'll need to see a photo of yours removed from the sash to recommend the correct replacement.

In regard to the internal tilt latches, if you are looking to replace the entire latch, I will need to see it removed from the top of the sash. This would be the same if you are only looking to replace the thumb lever as well. I've included a video below with instructions on how to remove the latch lever.
