Looks like you need a new balance, tilt latch, and sash stop. We unfortunately don't sell that sash stop, but we can help with the rest.

To start with, the balance looks like a match for our Series 795. However ours has a screw tab at the top, not a hook like yours. That means it has to be custom made. If that interests you then just let me know how many you wanted for each size and we can get the ball rolling.

The tilt latch, see our 26-243 and 26-244. Make sure to compare our dimensions to your own just to be sure they all match up.
