Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell a 1:1 match for this pivot shoe. However, take a look at the 15-199. This is 17/32" thick and 1-1/4" wide so we recommend you measure your old shoe to see how it matches up with ours.

The 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 are the compatible coil springs. I suspect your old spring band is 1/2" wide but please correct me if I'm wrong. If it's indeed 1/2", see the S160-03 3.5-pound coil spring and 15-150S single spring support.
