Question

I added a pics of:
- a window balancer (code 28F bsi be) uninstalled and installed.
- sliding plastic slider for double hung window
- small metal part that allows window to fall forward (uninstalled and installed)

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you have a discontinued balance. We may be able to help but that will depend on if the metal clip that anchors to the pivot shoe is in good shape. If it is, you can use a "skinny" ribbed version of our Series 795. This balance comes with a T-lock shoe by default, but you won't be able to use it. You'll need to pop it off and find a way to re-install the metal clip onto the new balance for our replacement to function.

If that interests you, can you confirm if the balance installs at the top of the window with a screw or hook?

As for the rest of the parts in your photos, take a look at the 15-134 pivot shoe, 26-361 tilt pivot, and 26-410 tilt latch pair. You'll want to review our specifications and compare them with yours to confirm they match what you need for this repair.
