I have a Milestone Single Hung Series 1000 windows and have several have become broken I need the channels which measure 29 inches and they are stamped 28C. I am in need of the 2 side channels, also the top pieces for the window (both sides) and the top sashes (all pictures have been attached).

Hi Michael,
You'll need either the S378-29 or the S380-29. To determine which of them is the correct series, you'll need to measure the depth of the shoe.
Our 2830 stamp may work in place of your 28C stamp but it may be a good idea to double check that your sash weight falls between 16 to 23lbs.
The top sash guide appears to be a match for the 18-180. Take a look over the specifications and compare them to confirm that this is the correct match.
I'm not sure that we can we have a replacement for the nylon bracket. Is this a sash stop?
