Window Parts needed

This is from a double hung vinyl window that I purchased from Weathershield 20+ years ago. I need 8 sets (left hand and right hand) to replace broken parts in pictures attached. Folks at Weathershield referred me here. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

This looks like the 15-014 knife lock shoe used with our S751 channel balances. The 26-150 should be compatible with your current setup. Thanks for posting!
