Window Pivot Bar

Both of the pivot bars broke as we went to clean the windows. I looked on your web site at the pivot bar section and did not see this type of pivot bar. I hope that you have it.

The pivot bar is estimated to be a length of 3 in long, with the pivot foot being 3/8 in wide. The thickness appears to be 3/16 in.

The windows are Great Lakes Windows.

Hello again. I placed an order, #2457460, but I need to adjust it. I think the best way to do this is to just cancel the order, which I will do, and enter a new order.

However, I need help with another part. I will send a photo. It's a latch for a tilt window. Looking at the catalog, 26-420 appears to be one that matches all dimensions, but there are 2 differences. First the bottom of my latch is a full flat bottom while 26-420 has a cutout.
Second, the lock flares toward the window side, whereas 26-420 flattens out.

Please take a look and let me know if 26-420 will work or if there is a different one you would recommend. Sorry for the canceled order, but I will be needing those parts still and will place an order.
