Window Pivot Bars and Balance

Question

I have attrium series 200 single hung windows and both pivot bars on a window have broken off in the balance. Please provide the parts for the Pivot bar and the balance. I have included a picture of the balance with broken pivot bar and the tag on the window.

Many Atrium windows have been known to use our 26-040 pivot bar and Series 600 spiral balance. Look these over and see what you think.
