Window Pivot Lock Shoe
Your balance shoe is a match for the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. I'm confident its the correct replacement but take a look over the dimensions below and compare them.

Apologies, you mentioned above that the pivot lock shoe was what needed to be replaced, so I did not address the coil balance. The compatible spring for this shoe is the 1/2" wide Series 152 Coil Balance.
They are secured to the shoes using the 33-072 screw. To determine which coil you need for your assembly, you'll need to check for any stamps markings on the metal. If there aren't any, please see the tutorial tagged below for detailed instructions.
If you cannot reuse the existing coil supports, you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and the 15-145 Coil Support Barrel. All three are used together to create the new support.
