Window Pivot Shoe

I'm trying to find window pivot shoe locks, I previously order the S140-10 hoping they would work, but the they were too small. I've uploaded photos of one of my old broken pivots. I measured the width of my old pivot lock and it was 7/8 inches. The spring had "406" stamped on it, not sure if that means anything but I included a photo of it.

correction: the 7/8 is the thickness

update 2: to be clearer, when I mentioned that the S140 was too small, I meant that the window did not fit into the pivot cam.

Hello, thank you for writing in. I believe you have our 15-192 pivot shoe, which works with the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. Take a look at the video below for more detail.

Thanks for the response, one last thing: the opening of my old pivot cam (the medal circular piece) that the window actually fits into is about 1/4 inches. Is this the same for the S170/171?

It's my pleasure. I'm afraid I don't have a measurement for the metal cam, but I am fairly confident that the 15-192 will work as a replacement for the pivot shoe you show in your picture.
