I have a coil balance shoe I'm trying to replace. The shoe receives a coil balance similar to your series 165 coil. Pictures are attached.

I'm not sure if we have this exact coil balance system. Start by looking at our 15-191 or 15-199 pivot shoes and carefully compare our dimensions and information to yours. These are both compatible with the Series 165 spring. Now, I cannot guarantee they will work for you, but I have not been able to find anything closer.
