Window Pull System

A quick learner from Oklahoma says:
Hello,

I think I need the 1640 window pull system, but want to make sure. The metal part id 17" long, 1/2" wide, and the marking stamped on the metal says 16 which I think means 16 lbs. Can you help me?

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-17, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-17, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 1640 spring strength option for your replacement balances, which will support a sash between 14 and 19 lbs. Thank you!
