Thanks for posting! Your split arm operator is a little peculiar. The link arm is very short at only 3". We don't have anything like that, unfortunately. The closest match in our inventory is perhaps our 39-317. This may still work for you, but you'd have to adjust the position of the receiving bracket on the sash. Even then there's no guarantee.

As for the pivot pin, we actually carried this at one time but it was discontinued some time ago. I'm afraid there are no known substitutes. The only alternatives we could provide look like the ones you already tried, so I don't think anything in our inventory will work. I'm sorry that we cannot be of more help.
