The silver band looks like it says 39W on both
I would need the entire assembly, the metal insert on the bottom which snapped, and the white metal clip which screws into the the track

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your pivot bar reminds me of the 26-369 and 26-400. We recommend you compare the specifications with an undamaged version of your pivot bar to confirm if one of these matches up. The mounting bracket looks like the 16-024.
As for the coil balance assembly, can you show us a photo of the front of the pivot shoe?
Thank you kindly for the additional photos! We don't sell your pivot shoe, unfortunately. The 15-087 is similar though. This is 1/2" thick and 1-3/16" wide so we recommend you measure your old shoe to see how they compare. The compatible springs (sold separately) are the Series 180. It looks like your old spring has the number 6 so we suggest the S180-06 6-pound spring. If you need additional housing, see the 15-086.
