I think the part I need is called a bottom tilt pivot. I changed the srring part in the window already the Chanel balance, but now the bottom clips broke. My name is Charlie from Lobello Construction. We are repairing a bunch of your windows. And I need to order the part, but I wanna order the right part

Thanks for reaching out! The bottom part you are searching for is the pivot shoe. Since the balance in the window appears to have a pivot shoe hook, like the one on our Series 765 Balance, you may need the 15-046 Pivot Shoe for the repair.

To determine if this is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the width and thickness of the existing shoe. Another option is the 15-047.
