I'm in need of the following parts: Tilt Latches (PAT. #5,139,291. 7b), both left and right and Coil Balancers (Not able to find a part no.). The windows were installed over 20 years ago and I am not able to identify the manufacturer. The following information appeared on label attached to upper window.
ANSVAAMA/NWWDA 101/1 S 2-97
H-R35-48x72-R45-36x60
Series 0201 Double Hung

Your tilt latches resemble the 26-243 and 26-244. Please review the style and dimensions to confirm a good fit!
For the coil balance assembly, please review the 15-177 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. Compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit and let us know if you have any additional questions.
