Our 26-243 and 26-244 appear to be similar to your old tilt latch. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours. 

For the pivot shoe, see the 15-199. This is designed to be used with the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil springs.
