Hello,
I am looking for two replacement top sash guides for my channel balances that are 32D. There was a single screw at the top to attach the channel balance. If you need more pictures please let me know. Thank you and I hope you can help.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm fairly certain of the replacement for this balance. Although, to confirm I'll need to see a photo of the bottom attachment. Please also double check that the length of the channel is 32".

The shoe looks like it could be a match for the 15-129 Pivot Shoe. To confirm that this will be a fit, carefully compare the specifications below.

My pleasure to assist! This is perfect. You'll need the S770-32 with a 32D stamp to replace the balance.

We do not have a replacement for the cover over the balance. You'll need to search at a local hardware store, or the window manufacturer, to inquire about your repair options.
