Window Replacement parts

Question

Home Depot's windows purchased in approximately 2002. Cannot get window to stay in the mechanism that raises and lowers window. The metal bars appear bent but I do not know if that is by design.

I can't be sure without seeing your pivot bar's hole placements but you can start by taking a look at the 26-040 and 26-083. Review the specifications and see how they compare with yours.

As for the pivot shoe, can you remove it from the window track and show us photos along with the written-out thickness and width dimensions?
