Window Roller

Question

I need to find a replacement part for the window roller that holds the window up. See attaced picture. This is inside the track and attached to the bottom of the window.

Hello!

I am very sorry for the long wait; we appreciate your patience during an incredibly busy season.

The pivot shoe shown here looks like the 15-199, which uses the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. Based on the look of the coil support, I suspect the spring band is 3/8" wide. You will also need to check the old springs for a stamped weight code.
