Window Sash

Question

I found this window sash that looks like it work well.
However I have no idea of the sash weight range. Any thoughts?
The window is a single tilt 70inches tall x 38 across.

Simply tilt the sash out of the window and weigh it on a bathroom scale. The weight can then be compared to the chart on the S795-32 webpage.
