I removed the window sash balance from a single hung vinyl window. The spring alone is 18.5 inches long. I do not see a manufacturer name.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to supply you with a replacement for the jamb liner spring balance you have pictured here. You'll need to reach out to the window manufacturer to inquire about how you might be able to obtain a replacement for it. Our sincerest apologies that we cannot be of more help with this part of your repairs.
The only part we can supply you with a replacement for would be the friction shoe the balance attaches to; the 15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe.
