Window Sash Balance

Need to source 2 sash balances to replace exiting ones that the string has come apart. The markings on the balance are 20-3 JX CMC 11. I have included some photos as well of the end caps, spring, and dimensions of the channel. The overall length of the balance is 21" not counting the plastic ends.

To start, it looks like you've only included a photo of the top attachment, may I please see a photo of the bottom attachment? I'll also need to see a clearer photo of the pulley in the center of the balance, where the string and spring meet.

Hi Jasmine, yes was limited to only 5 pictures and was stuck on what to send. here are the pictures of the other end.

Thanks for those photos! They help a great deal. The only photo missing is the photo of the pulley at the center of the balance. Once I have that, I'll be able to confirm the exact replacement you need.

Thanks for the additional photos. You balances can be replaced with our either our S380-21 with a 1" shoe or our S385-21 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your shoe.

You'll need the 2030 stamp option.
