Window Sash Guide/Spring Balance Parts

Question

The windows appear to be double hung (I have never tried to move the upper sash). There is a 3.5" wide vinyl channel/sash guide with integrated spring balances. The guide portion is 5/8"x5/8". The spring to lower sash clips have broken off on all the windows. The windows are wood and are in good shape.

The windows are from 1985-1986. There are no identifying markings on the guides or windows visible.

The first picture shows the broken clip. The second shows the full balance/guide assembly.

I'm looking for either replacement clips or a way to retrofit newer balances/guides onto the windows. Thank you.

The plastic shoes look similar to our 15-104, but we cannot replace the springs. You would have to contact a local mill work that still makes wood windows and have them replace the whole jamb for you.
