The first pic is of the "broken" part, which is missing the tab. The 2nd pic shows a "good" part with tab. Patent # on the part is 4926594.

I need a quantity of 1.

Take a look at 26-125, pivot, this looks very similar to your shape and may be a good replacement. Compare the dimensions to your original part.
