Window Sash Pivot Bar Replacement

Hello!  I have a 2003 home built by Zaring in Cincinnati.  I need to replace my rusted sash pivot bars.  Attached are pics.  There is no info on the window manufacturer.

Hello,

This kind of offset pivot bar is not available, but believe it or not, we've found the 26-040 should work as a replacement. The 'offset' isn't necessary for the pivot bar to work as long as the dimensions shown below align with your sash and pivot bar. Take a look and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
