Window Sash Spring Channel

Question

Hello

I moved into a new house and there's a window with only one spring channel. I was hoping I could get one for the other side of the window or 2 if the pictured one looks defective. It has the markings "26 5 HU CMC 2" on the side and the metal channel is exactly 27" long.

If you have any installation instructions that would be appreciated

Thanks for writing in, Ian. See our S351-27 or S390-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2650. For replacement and removal details, see the video below.
