Window Shoe Replacement

Question

Several of these window shoes on my windows are broken, and the windows do not stay up. The shoes are stuck at the bottom of the window, and the aluminum pivot has broken.

Thanks for posting. This is a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. Let me know if you have further questions.
