Window Side Channel Weight Identification and Part Numbers

A home owner from Corpus Christi ,Texas says:

My two fixed aluminum frame singe hung windows (no tilting) need four new side channel weights. I was able to take out one window pane out. The other is tightly jammed. The approximate measurements are 32" long, 5/8" deep, and 9/16" wide. It has a stamped number 3030-BSI-PD. I need help on the following lists:

a) Identify parts in the attached files and part numbers for ordering.

b) How take the other window pane out. Unlike the other window, this window removable window pane is tightly fit in the frame. Did I do something wrong?

Thank you,

Michael

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello, Michael. Your balance looks like a match for our Series 395. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match in terms of size then you should be good to go.

As for removal, the video below may be of some help to you.
