Window Single hung Caldwell spring replacments

Hi,
I can't figure out which system is needed. No markings on the window itself. The springs are stamped with 22 4 LJ Caldwell. Each end has wings. I needed a total of 10 ea but am afraid if I order they won't fit. If you can please help me. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us! We can help with this. Before we make a recommendation, can you also show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-23 or S385-23 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2240 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Hi again,
Question, I need 8 ea total. From the information you gave me is it guaranteed to fit?
I measured the bottom attachment and it is 1-3/32". Also I was watching the replacement video you have and my windows don't have a balance clip. Is that right?

The S385-23 (2240) would be the correct replacements based on the information you've provided but you're welcome to review our return policy here in case you run into any trouble.

It sounds like you may be referring to a take-out clip like the 16-002. If so, there should be some kind of clip or screw used to catch the balance when pulling it up the channel for removal.

Hi.
Ordered takeout clips & they don't work on my windows. Any idea how to install replacements? See pic of window

We'd be happy to check on this for you but your photos did not come through for some reason. If you could show us your original take-out clips, we'd be happy to confirm if we carry a replacement.
