Window Spiral Plastic parts or accessories

Hello,

I am looking for the plastic accessories or parts for my double hung vinyl windows. The actual spiral measurement is 28 1/4 length by 3/8 inch. I have uploaded two pictures. I double checked and made sure the spiral is not broken, but the plastic part is which is connected to the bottom of the spiral window balancer. If you have the part(s), I will like to purchase them.

Thank you for posting. This looks a lot like our 15-046, but I recommend you carefully compare the thickness and width to your own pivot shoe and see how well they match.

Thanks Paul, I will first need to remove the old window pivot shoe to make the comparison. I will get back to you shortly.
