Hello,
It looks like your balance has a winged top and non-winged bottom fitting. If so, I agree that the S395-21 would be the correct replacement. You would also need 2050 strength options for your balances to support a sash between 23-27 lbs. These balances, as well as the 16-002 take out clips, can be purchased directly on our website.
