This window spring is from a Milestone Single Hung Series 1000. Only marking I found on spring is 28C. It measures 29 inches in length. If you need more photos let me know, thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S380-29 and S385-29 channel balances. One of these may be what you need depending on the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.
