Window Spring Assembly

I am looking to replace this spring assembly and possibly the entire bottom window pane.

Hello, thank you for writing in. I will need to see your balance removed from the window in order to make an accurate recommendation. It looks like you could have the Series 795, but you'll need to verify that you have the 15-195 T-Lock shoe, which is 1-1/4" wide. I also would like to see the hook or clip at the end of the pulley cord.

Sorry for the delay in replying. I have been working like crazy. Yes, the T-lock shoe at the bottom of the balance is an inch and a quarter wide. I have included the pictures you requested. I think I need the entire balance assembly as the one I have is bent and the pins have come loose.
