Window Spring Balance

Hello,
I have some white vinyl double-hung windows and this is the (broken) spring balance from one side. If you can help me identify the correct replacement parts I'd really appreciate it!

See our S380-26 or S385-26. The only difference between these two here balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see which matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 2540.
