I have attached three shoe pics. Shoe dimensions: 9/16 x 1 1/4 x 2 1/4. What is the correct part number please?

Your pivot shoe is an old discontinued model but I suspect that the 15-046 or 15-118 could work for your repair. Take a look and review the specifications of both options shown below. Thanks for posting!
