Window Tilt Latches

A quick learner from Windermere, FL says:

IMAGES 1118 and 1117 are front and back of the same latch part. They measure 3" x 3/4" and the screw hole placement is approximately 1 7/8" apart.

IMAGES 1116 and 1115 are the front and back of the same latch part. They measure

2 1/4" long by 3/4" wide.

I am an condo association manager and these are failing on the windows after 13 years. Need a source for the owners to purchase. Heather

Hi Heather. The tilt latches with the bottom tab look like our 26-157 and 26-158. Just look over the dimensions for this pair of latches to ensure that they match your older tilt latches. For the other set, see our 26-410. Again, look over the dimensions just to make sure they match your old hardware. Let us know what you think.
