Window Vent Stop Replacement

Question

I have double-hung windows (manufacturer unknown) with vent stops that are factory cut and placed. The only name brand that can be found is the name "Polaris" stamped on the window latches. I have numerous broken or missing vent stops that need to be replaced. Are you are to help me based on the attached photos?

This is troublesome... most vinyl window manufacturers use the 26-148 vent latch, which is 1-1/2" long. Yours is 1-1/4" long, so that likely won't work. Please give us dimensions of the hole opening that your vent latch fits into. We'll try to find something else.
